The location for the event could not have been more suitable: On the 28th and 29th of January more than 2,600 experts and interested parties from 75 countries met in the former French stock exchange. In the heart of Paris, they presented themselves and their products and services and exchanged views on current developments, challenges and opportunities in the industry. "The Fintech sector is one of our growth markets and at the same time an exciting industry that is currently undergoing major changes," says Daniel Siekmann, Vice President Banking and Fintechs at Majorel. "We not only want to be on the cutting edge, but also want to show that outsourcing customer service can be an attractive solution for Fintechs, enabling them to take full advantage of professional customer communication." As Fintechs' portfolio of services becomes more and more similar, it becomes increasingly difficult for them to distinguish themselves from the competition by product features. "Therefore an excellent customer experience can be a decisive competitive advantage. This message was also the focus of our workshop at the Paris Fintech Forum," Siekmann continued. The aim is to help ambitious companies to offer their customers a unique customer experience, thus making their product offer even more attractive and retaining customers in the long term.
Exciting discussions, valuable contacts and important impulses
Together with the partner companies N26, Nect and Zelros, a global Majorel team from France and Germany provided a varied program. The three-hour workshop "Technology and People for an Optimized Customer Experience", included a panel discussion and presentations on the role of customer service representatives as brand ambassadors of N26, the fully automated identification app from Nect and the opportunities offered by artificial intelligence for insurance companies of Zelros. In total approximately 60 interested guests attended the workshop. "We are pleased about the good cooperation with the experts from N26, Zelros and Nect and the great response of the forum’s participants", said Mehdi Schulz-Ruhtenberg, Account Manager Banking & Fintechs at Majorel. "Overall, the event was a complete success. We had exciting discussions, made valuable contacts and received many impulses for the future design of our solution offering for Fintechs and Neobanks". The Paris Fintech Forum is Europe's largest event on the subject and has been attracting participants from all over the world for five years.
