Majorel further expands global footprint with new center in Togo

Majorel continues to expand its global footprint and strengthen its leading position on the African continent with a new center in Lomé, Togo. The facility currently employs more than 150 people, which is expected to grow to 500 in the medium term.

Majorel operates in four countries in West Africa - Morocco, Senegal, Ivory Coast and now Togo - employing over 7500 people, which represents more than 15% of the group's global workforce. The new center enables Majorel to further extend its capabilities in supporting some of the world’s leading brands to meet the challenges of the digital transformation in customer experience and management activities.

With a model that puts technology at the service of people, Majorel strengthens technological and digital innovation by developing analytical, artificial intelligence (AI) and automation (RPA - Robotic Process Automation) solutions. The center was inaugurated on 8th July 2019.
