ASUS and Majorel Celebrate First Anniversary as Partners in Georgia
Luxembourg, 18th Dezember, 2020 – In November, 2019, Majorel in Georgia started a collaboration with ASUS, a leading technology company in the global market. ASUS and Majorel have a long history of collaboration, which is just one of the few success stories we’ve celebrated together as partners.

As part of the project, our team in Kutaisi, Georgia is responsible for providing technical and e-commerce support to ASUS customers in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland by telephone, e-mail, and chat.
“Due to recent developments in our industry, we decided to review our market strategy in 2019. We thought firstly to outsource our call center business from local to nearshore (Georgia), which would be a tough adventure. And yes, it cost additional efforts, but the power of the young, highly motivated and goal-orientated team makes the adventure a great journey for us. Fulfilling ASUS customer’s expectations is not just a concept, it’s a part of ASUS culture and therefore we firmly believe that this step will allow us to achieve our corporate goals in the long term,” said Matthias Czesla, Service Manager of ASUS Germany.
Initially, the project was limited to providing technical support, but over time the partnership grew stronger to where the local team currently provides support for the ASUS Germany Online Shop.
The team also handles warranty services for a variety of ASUS products. ASUS has a separate product line for gaming; therefore, providing support to users of gaming technology falls within the competence of our team in Kutaisi as well.
